I have spent the past 8 years hiring for tech companies in Silicon Valley, from C-Level executive roles to engineering, aerospace, cryptocurrency, marketing, and sales.
After scanning tens of thousands of resumes, leading hundreds of interview calls, and being the decision maker on who moves on to next stages, I have developed systems for getting your application noticed for all the right reasons.
The recent tech layoffs have left many feeling uncertain about what is next. It’s possible you haven’t interviewed for a job in years; that you’re considering a career shift but not sure how it will be received; or maybe you have been sending out resumes tirelessly and it’s getting you nowhere.
I’m here to help.
By investing in improving your resume and cover letter, and getting clear on your mission and goals, you will start landing interviews with your dream companies and feel more confident than ever to take them on.

FAQ
What will be accomplished in the call?
First, I will get up to speed on your current situation and needs. Then, we will look together at what work needs to be done. If you are booking for a resume or cover letter session, I will finalize the work after the call with the information that I gathered while we were talking. If you book a Goals session, you will be sent follow-up exercises and resources after the call, based on your needs.
What is the cost of one session?
Each session is $120. If you are experiencing financial hardship and need to work on a sliding-scale basis, I am happy to accommodate you.
Can we talk about multiple topics in one call?
In order to give each topic the appropriate amount of attention and care, each session can only cover one topic. For example, if you would like assistance with your resume and cover letters, you will need to book 2 separate 1 hour sessions.
